PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE STARTING THE PROCESS:

-If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping, please call                           (561) 254-8631 immediately.   Please be aware, shipping is usually within 24 hours of placing your order.  If product has been shipped,  return process needs to be followed.

-You must have receipt for refund or exchange.

-Product must be returned for refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.

-Products must be sealed and unopened to receive refund.

Our Return policy last 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened  and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.…

-If you opened your product and are unhappy for any reason within the 30 day window,  you can return and will be issued a store credit for future purchases.
